I started coming to the Bikram’s Yoga Albuquerque studio on April 19th. I have just completed the 60-day Bikram Yoga Challenge and feel great. I understand why they call it a “Challenge,” its not easy. I have peeled my self out of bed every morning at about 5:30 a.m., which is no small task considering that I work a full-time job and a part-time job and normally get home about 9:00 p. m. There were days when I barely made it to the studio in time to take the class. Bikram Yoga is physically and mentally challenging.
