All classes are multi-level, open to beginners, and led by instructors certified to teach Bikram method yoga.

The studio is easily accessible from I-40 if coming from the south or from Paseo del Norte from the north and there is lots of dedicated parking. Studio location and directions...
There are mens and womens showers and free common lockers available - bring your own daily lock. Mats and towels are for sale and others to rent. We also stock SIGG bottles, yoga wear, and a variety of drinks and snacks.

Bikram Choudhury, founder of Bikram's Yoga, studied Hatha Yoga under Bishnu Ghosh, younger brother of Paramahansa Yogananda. He developed the Bikram series to maximize the healing properties of hatha yoga.
Several-time India yoga national champion, Bikram now teaches his series at his headquarters studio in Los Angeles.
