AT BIKRAM ALBUQUERQUE Senior Bikram Yoga Instructor Jason Winn conducted his motivational Bikram's Yoga Beginning Workshop seminar at Bikram's Yoga, NE Heights on January 13th, 2008. Jason was certified to teach Bikram's Yoga in 1998, is a senior instructor at the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training program, has appeared on the cover of 'Yoga Journal', and is the former owner of Bikram's Yoga, Laguna Beach. Now Jason travels the world full time doing his Beginning and Advanced Yoga Workshops. After teaching the 90-minute Bikram Beginning class, Jason discussed the medical benefits and execution of each posture in the series, answered questions, and gave individual corrections to participants.
