AT BIKRAM ALBUQUERQUE On Saturday, Nov. 5, Craig Villani taught a Posture Clinic at the studio. Craig is the Director of the Bikram’s Yoga Teacher Training Program in Los Angeles, CA. Many of you know that the Bikram Teacher Training is a 9-week course and is the most intensive and comprehensive yoga teacher training program in the United States. Craig’s Posture Clinic lasted 10 hours, and ended with Craig teaching a motivational and informative Bikram’s Beginning Yoga class. During the Posture Clinic, Craig dissected each of the 26 classic hatha yoga postures in the Bikram Yoga series. We were thrilled to have Craig with us and through his personal attention to each of the students, he helped them to achieve new levels of accomplishment in their postures. |
