Bikram
Yoga is a series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing
exercises designed to provide a challenging,
invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. In this
90-minute yoga class every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon and

Senior Bikram Yoga instructor Jason Winn conducted his day-long workshop
on Bikram's Yoga on Sunday, January 13th at the studio. After teaching the 90-minute Bikram Beginning class, Jason discussed
the medical benefits and execution of each posture in the series, answered questions, and gave individual corrections to participants.
